MAXXON Product Information

Maxxon and USG Gyp-Crete® Brand Concrete Finishing Systems significantly reduce the construction time and change orders because floor flatness and levelness are addressed before final build out. Current construction practices dictate “make it fit” installations of electricity, plumbing, walls, doors, windows, and ceilings prior to floor leveling. Our system reverses that process to help the other trades install to spec.

Investment in Quality

Using the Maxxon Gyp-Crete® Finishing Systems is an investment in the entire structure. Too often flooring issues are addressed only after finding that the substrate is not flat and/or level. NST addresses the issues associated with moisture and any surface imperfections in the slab, assuring reduced issues over the life of the slab rather than a short-term fix.

Significantly reduce construction downtime, building lifecycle costs, and potential floor covering installation issues with Maxxon Gyp-Crete® Concrete Finishing Systems.

Maxxon Gyp-Crete® Concrete Finishing Systems include all the components necessary to compress the construction schedule and address the greatest risk to all floor covering installations — moisture. From moisture vapor reduction to self-leveling underlayments, Maxxon Gyp-Crete® Concrete Finishing Systems offer everything you need to complete the project early, under budget, and with complete confidence.

Maxxon Gyp-Crete® The industry standard for use over wood subfloors in multifamily construction. Provides sound and fire control. Its smooth surface is ideal for finished floor goods. Gyp-Crete is an Eco-Friendly Building Product, and is GREENGUARD Gold Certified
